Name:
Coastal Fish curry delight

Description: Hot and sweet fish curry

Accomplice:
Steamed rice.

This happen to be an experiment which turned out to be too good to be true, it's a mix of dry gralic chutney (Thechha) with coconut creme and a surprise dash of green onions.

Recipe: Medium to big size fish fillet is perfect for this, stir fry the fish fillet in a shallow pan, add dry garlic chutney check local Indian store for Thechha, a potent dry chutney made with garlic, red chilies, lemon juice, sesame seeds and coconut this also have some unlisted spices like whole coriander seeds along with other spices.
Stir in some coconut creme (sweetened) you can use coconut milk mixed with sugar but it wont have the same caramelized sweet flavor.
Add water and let it simmer, when almost done add chopped scallions (green onion), dry desiccated coconut, resins and crumbled toasted peanuts. Garnish with coriander and green chilies.

Comments: Sesame seeds, peanuts and green onions are frequently used ingredient of Vietnamese cuisine.

If this wasn't the most magical thing I've eaten in the last few months, I dont know anything about eating magical food.
