Prawns with noddles or pasta .
Boil noodles or pasta and keep it aside, add salt to taste while boiling
De-vein the prawns, you can choose to keep the head and the tail intact.
If you are able to smear a dollop of wine vinegar 20 min before you cook the prawns, the cooking time is reduced and the flavor seeps in. You can also try a marinade comprising of olive oil, sugar or honey, crushed garlic and a squeeze of lime. Add the Prawns and turn up the heat , keep tossing add salt to taste also add pepper and your favorite herb I like dry lemon and oregano seasoning. Adding salt to the prawn while marinating will result in loss of fluids which we won't like!
Now add the reaming marinade to the already cooked noodle/pasta. Or just add a tea spoon of olive oil+salt+pepper to your noodles in case you marinaded the prawns in vinegar and mix in the juicy stir fried prawn.
Relish with bread and your favorite wine!
