Name: Honey glazed chicken


Description: Chicken cooked in herbs and glazed with honey


Accomplice:
Bread, noodles, rice or Chapati

Recipe: Marinade chicken pieces in a mix of salt (sea salt if available) rosemary, lemon dust (make your own by sun -drying lemon and grind it in a fine powder) garlic powder and pepper marinate for a hour. Now stir fry the chicken pieces till they are done, sprinkle generous amount of sesame seeds and add couple of dollops of honey. let it simmer for few minutes and let the honey coats the chicken well so it has a nice glazed look.


Comments: Experiment with your choice of herb marination but avoid Indian spices and herbs like turmeric and garam masalas as it will be overpowering and distroy the mild aroma and flavor of honey.
