Italian by Nature

I have always been in love with Italy, never been there nor do I follow the language but there seem to be a undiscovered connection since childhood, rolling hills dotted with olive trees, the balmy weather hot summer afternoons and nippy and salty mornings these images have been always in my head much before we had discovery channel and the food network.

I started cooking Italian by fluke, seriously no previous stints. I learnt some by watching ofcouse, and then food can be transporting. Sometimes you can even imagine the grandmother who grows the juiciest tomatoes and stocks up the best parmesan cheese in town.

Here's a recipe from a poster, very inviting and seriously Italian.
